Joshua Jones is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur with a foundation built on a lifetime of industry experience. Having grown up in a real estate family—working alongside his parents and grandfather in construction and property management from the age of 11—Joshua developed an early mastery of the discipline and sacrifice required to succeed in investing. After working in his family's business, Joshua built his own residential portfolio in Philadelphia over the last 12 years. One of the places he found success early on in stabilizing his residential properties was in the federal Housing Choice Voucher Program administered by the Philadelphia Housing Authority, commonly known as Section 8.
